This is a randomly-generated, provocative statement based on my business card RPG Equus Hero [Download on Itch | Google Docs | Twitter]. The game and its content is completely free, though the time you spend trying to make sense of it can never be regained. But really, isn’t that the wonder of perpetuative, discursive temporal mechanics?
Playing the game is simple. Rope in game designer friends looking for a much-needed break from their 4th system overhaul, then spend one minute each trying to refute the previous statement, starting from this prompt. Players go in order of average daily time spent on Twitter. After everyone has spent one turn, if a player can’t find it in their heart to one-up the last person, they must bow out of the game. Last remaining player wins and is deemed most likely to never finish post-grad research.
